1. About the Platform

myGym is a digital platform that connects fitness enthusiasts with participating gyms and fitness centers. We facilitate membership discovery, subscription management, gym access, and related fitness services.

2. User Eligibility

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and while using the platform.

If a user is below the age required to independently enter into legally binding agreements under applicable laws, the user should access and use the platform under the supervision or consent of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized representative.

By using the platform, users confirm that they have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms & Conditions or have obtained the necessary authorization to do so.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

• Subscription plans are offered by participating gyms.
• Prices, facilities, offers, and membership benefits are determined by the respective gym.
• myGym acts as a technology platform facilitating access and payment processing.
• Subscription activation is subject to successful payment.

4. Gym Access

Participating gyms may provide QR-based or digital access mechanisms through the myGym platform.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and access permissions. Unauthorized sharing of access credentials may result in suspension of services.

5. Payments

All payments made through the platform are processed using authorized payment service providers.

Refunds, cancellations, and membership modifications are subject to the applicable policies of the participating gym and myGym.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that participation in physical fitness activities carries inherent risks. myGym is not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, accidents, or losses resulting from participation in activities conducted at partner gyms.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program.

7. Gym Partner Responsibilities

Gym partners are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate information
• Ensuring facility safety and compliance
• Honoring active subscriptions sold through the platform
• Providing services as advertised

8. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Misuse the platform
• Share login credentials
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions

9. Limitation of Liability

myGym shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform or services offered by participating gyms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

11. Modifications

myGym may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

12. Gym Check-In and Attendance

The platform may provide digital check-in and check-out functionality for participating gyms.

Attendance records, workout duration, and visit history are generated based on user interactions with the platform and participating gym systems. While myGym strives to maintain accurate records, users acknowledge that technical issues, connectivity interruptions, or operational factors may occasionally affect data accuracy.

Such records are provided for informational and operational purposes and should not be considered official proof of attendance unless otherwise specified by the participating gym.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kerala, India.
